Reminder to All Dog Owners

All dogs must be leashed when outside unless they are inside a fenced area.
Owners should remain aware of their surroundings when walking dogs, including noticing when other people, dogs, or animals are approaching.
Dogs that are aggressive or pose a danger to other dogs, animals, or humans should be walked with a muzzle or other appropriate restraint.
Dogs should not be left outside if they are barking.
Residents are encouraged to contact Animal Control if they see dogs roaming without a leash or if they are attacked by an animal.

The management company is using the DoorLoop app. You should have received an email/text with a link to sign up for Doorloop. If you have not, please email Schreiber management at schreibermanagement@gmail.com

You should also make sure management has your cell phone number.

No Boating, Floating, Swimming or Wading in Ponds.

Homeowners are reminded that Boating, Floating, Swimming or Wading in any Pond in the Enclave is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will incur a $500.00 fine. Neighbors who see anyone breaking this rule should report the incident to the Board of Directors immediately as these activities are not only restricted in the Enclave but may be hazardous for many reasons including Alligators and threats by other wildlife in the ponds or on the Ponds edge. Fishing from the Ponds edge is permitted but, be mindful of the hazards that are in the area for your own safety.
