Overnight street parking restrictions are back in effect

Overnight parking at the clubhouse restrictions are back in effect. Email the board for permission

Reminder: all dogs should be leashed when outside if not inside a fence.

Owners should be aware of their surroundings when walking dogs, this includes knowing when they are approaching other humans, dogs and/or animals. 


Owners with dogs known to be aggressive and/or a danger to other dogs, animals or humans should consider a muzzle or other restraint when walking their pet(s).


Owners should not leave barking dogs outside.

      No Boating, Floating, Swimming or Wading in Ponds.

        

      Homeowners are reminded that Boating, Floating, Swimming or Wading in any Pond in the Enclave is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will incur a $500.00 fine. Neighbors who see anyone breaking this rule should report the incident to the Board of Directors immediately as these activities are not only restricted in the Enclave but may be hazardous for many reasons including Alligators and threats by other wildlife in the ponds or on the Ponds edge.  Fishing from the Ponds edge is permitted but, be mindful of the hazards that are in the area for your own safety.

      Reminder from The Board of Directors

      Please do not feed or approach Alligators!


      Report all Alligator sightings to The Board of Directors via e mail.


      Please reference pond location or address.


      Minimum fine for feeding or taunting Alligators 

      is $500.00


      (Alligators are removed once they reach a 6 foot length)
